CPU Software Architecture Sr Staff Engineer

Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent advanced degree). Master’s degree is a plus
3+ years of work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
Expertise in ARM CPU architecture fundamentals and ARMv8/v9 ISA; familiarity with ARM assembly.
Proven debugging skills for embedded projects, including SOC JTAG traces and analysis.
Experience with embedded systems and platform-level development for CPUs (server domain experience is a plus).
Experience in software or driver development for operating systems like Linux or RTOS.
What you’ll do:
Design and implement software modules for embedded and cloud-edge systems.
Collaborate with hardware teams to define software architecture and optimize performance for ARM-based SoCs.
Develop firmware and drivers for operating systems like Linux or RTOS.
Perform code reviews, regression testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Analyze traces and optimize applications for ARM architecture-based platforms.
