The Senior Architect - Process will lead the development of pharmaceutical and life science project teams to create world-class designs for Life Science clients. The Senior Architect - Process will oversee the project team throughout the design and construction phases, integrating process systems into architectural concepts and plans according to budget, environmental factors, and client needs. Lead project design from conceptual phase through completion, aligning with client and project team requirements. Develop, review, and modify production drawings for Life Science facilities. Contribute to project scheduling, scope, budget, staffing, and construction planning; manage change orders effectively. Apply knowledge of FDA, cGMP, and relevant codes and procedures within the industry. Design integrated facilities that incorporate equipment, processes, and personnel, including new and renovated spaces. Develop Process Architect deliverables for various Life Sciences sectors such as Animal Health, Biotechnology, and Pharmaceuticals. Identify operational efficiencies to optimize facility footprint. Utilize architectural standards, compile studies, write specifications, and develop non-standard design solutions for complex projects. Review production drawings and construction administration activities, including field inspections and resolving installation issues. Lead field inspections, measurements, and calculations for both public and private clients. Prepare and present technical reports and develop client relationships to foster new business opportunities. Participate in sales, marketing, and pursuit of projects, including developing cost proposals and managing budgets. Provide leadership and mentorship to architectural staff, ensuring QA/QC compliance and effective communication across teams. Ensure adherence to safety policies and other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited program. Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, with consulting preferred. Registration as an Architect is preferred. Expertise in architectural techniques, procedures, and industry standards. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, BIM (Revit), Adobe, and 3D rendering tools. Proven ability to lead large projects, delegate tasks, and resolve issues in a team environment. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
