Position Overview As an Education Support Analyst (ESA), you’ll play a vital role in supporting school districts that use Infinite Campus, a widely used K‑12 student information system. You’ll provide first‑line technical assistance, troubleshoot software issues, and ensure a smooth user experience for educators and administrators. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client support via phone and web portal.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Infinite Campus.
Verify customer credentials and service agreements.
Log, track, and update support cases using the incident management system.
Escalate complex issues as needed while keeping the customer informed.
Replicate and document issues reported by users for accurate resolution.
Maintain a strong understanding of the product and stay current on new features.
Consistently meet departmental standards for coverage, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with K‑12 education systems (previous teaching experience is a strong plus).
Comfortable with web‑based applications and PC environments.
HDI Support Center Analyst Certification is a plus.
