What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with multifamily property managers and decision‑makers.
Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and securing profitable accounts.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue and margin goals.
Conduct face‑to‑face client visits and deliver consultative solutions.
Utilize
Salesforce
to manage your pipeline, analyze data, and track performance.
Collaborate with inside sales and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
B2B sales experience , ideally with consultative or solution‑based selling.
Proficiency with
customer relationship management tools
and strong organizational skills.
A self‑starter who thrives on building relationships and achieving results.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR (company vehicle provided).
Industry leader with a strong reputation for quality and service.
