Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.

Provide in‑the‑moment feedback and coaching.

You’ll Bring To The Role
6‑months of retail sales experience (preferred).
Management experience (preferred).
Technology proficiency and ability to operate a POS system.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Flexible availability—including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
