PMO/Cyber Security Analyst (Hybrid Opportunity) Mind Computing is seeking a

PMO Analyst

responsible for providing quality deliverables and analytical project reports for cyber risk consulting engagements. The analyst will provide analytical support to the project team, analyze, interpret, and extrapolate project data to reach conclusions. An ideal candidate will also prepare written reports with text, charts, and spreadsheets for internal and external use. This hybrid position requires 2–3 days per week onsite in Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities

User Acceptance Testing (UAT): plan, coordinate, and execute UAT activities, develop test cases, track defects, and validate system functionality against business requirements.

Testing Documentation: analyze business requirements and develop detailed testing documentation such as Test Plans, Test Scripts, and Test Results to support system validation efforts.

Training Delivery: conduct end‑user or stakeholder training sessions, both in‑person and virtually, to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, tools, or processes.

Enterprise Communication: prepare clear, concise, enterprise‑wide communications, including announcements process updates, and implementation notices, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational messaging standards.

PMO Support: support Project Management Office functions, including project tracking, documentation, reporting, and coordination among cross‑functional teams.

Analytical & Organizational Skills: analyze complex information, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines with precision and accuracy.

Effective Communication: present information clearly and professionally to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Attention to Detail: ensure all deliverables meet high‑quality standards.

Technical Proficiency: advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, create reports, dashboards, and professional presentations.

Project Coordination: plan and organize project tasks, capture detailed meeting notes, track action items, and develop project deliverables and documentation.

Agile Methodology: understand Agile Software Development principles, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery processes.

Federal ICAM (Optional): knowledge of Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) frameworks and experience supporting related initiatives or programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in cyber risk consulting, including strategy, defense and response, data, application security, infrastructure, identity, security architecture review, and systems security engineering.

Experience working as a government contractor.

Ability to obtain a security clearance.
