Missions Field & Regional Marketing
Build and lead the North America field marketing strategy aligned with sales goals and territory needs.
Develop and execute regional campaigns—including in‑person and virtual events, executive programs, and account‑based initiatives—in close collaboration with the Demand Generation team.
Prioritize target accounts, territories, and pipeline acceleration strategies in alignment with North America sales leadership.
Customer Marketing
Drive customer advocacy and expansion through targeted programs, testimonials, case studies, and references.
Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing to support onboarding, retention, and upsell initiatives.
Partner Marketing
Own partner marketing strategy for North America in collaboration with the Strategic Partner team.
Create joint campaigns and programs with key partners (e.g., cloud providers, resellers, SI/channel).
Establish a scalable partner marketing function; hire and onboard a dedicated partner marketer.
Team Leadership & Enablement
Manage, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of 7.
Partner with Brand, Content, and Demand Generation leaders.
Bring strong planning, pipeline forecasting, and budget discipline to ensure team efficiency and ROI.
What Success Looks Like
Direct impact on pipeline creation and acceleration across strategic accounts and territories.
Strong alignment with sales and partner teams with joint planning and execution.
Growth in customer advocacy and contribution to expansion revenue.
Collaborative execution with marketing leadership to achieve shared pipeline goals.
Recognition as a trusted, visible leader within the Marketing and Go‑to‑Market leadership team.
Skills
10+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years leading field, customer, and/or partner marketing teams.
Proven success partnering with regional sales leaders and building revenue‑driving programs.
Experience in high‑growth B2B SaaS, ideally covering enterprise and mid‑market go‑to‑markets.
Deep understanding of account‑based marketing, executive engagement, and multi‑channel field programs.
Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with global campaign and content teams.
Data‑driven mindset with experience managing regional budgets and performance metrics.
Excellent communicator and team leader who can inspire and develop talent.
