What You Will Do

As a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with deep experience in regulatory compliance and Integrated Risk Management (IRM), you will devise strategies, design, implement, and optimize IRM solutions for clients using the ServiceNow Platform.

Translate complex operational, compliance, and risk management needs into integrated ServiceNow IRM and related solutions to address client requirements.

Lead and design ServiceNow platform IRM solutions, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management modules.

Configure and extend ServiceNow IRM solution components to automate compliance workflows, regulatory reporting, control monitoring, and risk assessments.

Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow IRM best practices and advise on regulatory compliance use cases within enterprise risk operations.

Design risk and compliance monitoring and reporting capabilities within ServiceNow to support regulatory metrics, control effectiveness, and audit readiness.

Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to understand regulatory obligations and integrate them into IRM workflows.

What You Will Need

US Citizenship required

Bachelor's degree required

Experience with risk management systems and regulatory reporting tools

A minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience; FIVE (5) years of ServiceNow experience with TWO (2) years in IRM modules

A minimum of THREE (3) years of experience applying regulatory compliance frameworks within risk management environments

Required ServiceNow CSA certification with IRM Implementation Specialist

Relevant experience in advising clients on regulatory compliance using ServiceNow IRM and similar solutions

Knowledge of major compliance standards and frameworks (NIST, NERC, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)

What Would Be Nice To Have

Demonstrated ability to address challenges involving technical ServiceNow capabilities and regulatory requirements

Knowledge of Federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, SOX, NIST, SOC), NERC CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection) standards for utilities

Professional compliance certifications (CISA, CISM, CIA, or similar)

Industry-specific compliance certifications

Experience with federal, or state, and local regulatory requirements

Experience in utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure

Government agency or public sector consulting experience

The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
