Your Role And Responsibilities Currently, we are looking for a highly experienced, team‑oriented Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Lead to join our talented consulting team. This is a US‑based, full‑time position, with travel to customer sites as needed.
What You’ll Do
Consult on best practices on Oracle Cloud Payroll policies
Be an expert in the configuration of and management of the Oracle Cloud ERP Payroll applications
Provide best‑practice guidance on payroll business processes and implementation
Support the definition and validation of various payroll related conversion activities
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead with 2–4 years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud
Experience with public sector clients like state governments, counties, and cities is considered a plus
Applicants with hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extract, HDL, and PBL are preferred
