Educator and enabler: Delivers workshops, enablement trainings, and resources to empower agencies, translating complex measurement and marketing concepts into actionable insights.

Metrics‑driven orchestrator: Obsessed with measurable outcomes—tracks partner engagement, revenue, campaign results, and other KPIs to optimize performance and refine strategies.

Agency landscape expert: Deeply knowledgeable about how creative, performance, and hybrid agencies operate, the challenges they face, and how industry trends drive media measurement and attribution practices.

New business driver: Leads both new business development and the expansion of existing partnerships, leveraging networks, strategic thinking, and in‑person engagement to deliver incremental revenue growth and open new opportunities.

Evangelist: Champions Lifesight’s audience, measurement, and planning solutions across all programmatic, digital, and social channels.

Solution pitcher: Pitches strategic solutions and partnership opportunities that create win–win outcomes for all stakeholders.

Translator: Breaks down complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for agencies and advertisers.

Industry presence builder: Attends and actively participates in key industry conferences and events to expand network reach and elevate Lifesight’s market visibility.

Integrator: Collaborates with senior management, product, and client success teams to design custom solutions and ensure seamless, scalable integrations for agency partners.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of agency, or ad tech experience, with a deep understanding of measurement and performance media strategies.

Demonstrated track record of building, expanding, and retaining relationships.

Natural networker who thrives in both virtual and in‑person environments, bringing thought leadership and visibility to Lifesight at every opportunity.

Deep curiosity and drive to remain at the cutting edge of measurement, media trends, and agency best practices.
