Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Primary Care Physician to join our team in Bristol, CT. This is a full‑time, on‑site role where you will provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic conditions, performing routine screenings, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes. You will integrate preventive care measures, promote wellness initiatives, and foster strong doctor‑patient relationships to deliver exceptional care.
Qualifications
linical expertise in Family Medicine, with the ability to perform diagnostic evaluations, manage treatment plans, and address chronic and acute medical conditions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver patient‑centered care and effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Commitment to continuous education and staying updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices in primary and preventive care.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine.
Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Connecticut, with DEA certification. (Or ability to obtain prior to start)
