With extensive experience in care planning, delivery, and navigation, Livara’s fully integrated pathway brings primary care physicians, physical therapists, and surgeons together to deliver seamless virtual and in‑person care for patients with MSK and spine conditions.
The Opportunity
Collaborate directly with our spine surgeon founder and senior leadership team.
Conduct virtual patient evaluations and coordinate care through Livara’s online platform.
Work with a multidisciplinary team—including exercise physiologists, PTs, health coaches, nutritionists, and surgeons—to optimize patient outcomes.
Guide patients through conservative and interventional options, facilitating referrals for injections or surgery when appropriate.
Engage highly motivated patients in a supportive, holistic care environment.

Ideal Candidate
Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
Eligible for licensure in multiple states, ideally AZ, CO, WA, GA, and TX.
Strong background in spine and musculoskeletal medicine.
Experience in multidisciplinary, non‑operative management of MSK/spine conditions.
Comfortable with virtual care delivery and digital health platforms.
Compassionate, patient‑centered approach.
Motivated to contribute to a pioneering, value‑based care model.
Physical Requirements
Remote work environment; ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
Visual acuity sufficient for close vision required by computer work.
Compensation $150 – $300 per hour, commensurate with experience. Flexible part‑time or full‑time options available. Opportunity to shape the future of value‑based spine/MSK care.
