Job Summary and Responsibilities
Build and grow your practice from a robust referral base and high patient demand.
Tailor your practice to your fellowship training.
Perform a variety of urological procedures, including minimally invasive techniques.
Hospital and outpatient surgery center affiliation offering da Vinci Xi surgical systems, full range of surgical services, full complement of radiology services, and block surgical time.
Shared call and robust mentoring support.
Strong commitment to work/life balance and entrepreneurial flexibility.

Qualifications
Completion of an ACGME‑accredited residency training program.
Fellowship training preferred but not required.
Board certified or board eligible in Urology.
1 year post‑training practice experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
Robot/MIS training and/or experience preferred.
Excellent clinical and surgical skills with strong understanding of urological conditions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and flexible; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
