Axiom . We are seeking experienced attorneys to support a global Fortune 500 company near Detroit. This role offers the opportunity to provide legal and compliance guidance across the Middle East and North Africa region, supporting business operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

Advise business leaders on cross-border transactions, organizational matters, third-party relationships, and commercial agreements across the region. Provide guidance on privacy, data governance, and information-handling practices, including internal policies and regional compliance obligations. Partner with compliance and operational teams to navigate regional regulatory frameworks, assess legal risks, and support adherence to applicable laws. Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote consistent, compliant, and efficient business operations. Minimum Qualifications

Licensed attorney in good standing with 8+ years of experience, including knowledge of privacy and data protection requirements in regional markets. Background in corporate and commercial law, with experience supporting businesses across the Middle East and North Africa; familiarity with GCC markets is a plus. Strong negotiation, advisory, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Fluency in English, with Arabic strongly preferred. Compensation, Benefits & Location

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $190,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.
