A private equity–backed, consumer brand is seeking an experienced CEO to lead the company through its next phase of expansion. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive strategy, scale operations, and protect a distinctive, creative brand culture.
Responsibilities
Lead the executive team and oversee all operations and financial performance
Drive multi‑unit expansion, new market entry, and store development
Build scalable infrastructure in partnership with the Board and investors
Identify and execute new growth initiatives
Manage forecasting, P&L, and capital planning

Candidate Profile
20+ years in multi‑unit retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership
Proven success scaling a high‑growth consumer business
Strong financial acumen with full P&L ownership
Experience with market development, site selection, and store build‑outs
Ability to build and mentor high‑performing teams
Experience working with Boards, private equity, and institutional investors
Strategic yet hands‑on leadership style
Education & Compensation
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
