About the Position On site to oversee a district of Dunkin' Stores in the Boston area; Dorchester and Roxbury. The ideal candidate will have experience in the QSR or Restaurant industry and at least five years experience managing, operating and overseeing multiple units. This is a high visibility leadership position in the organization and will lead, collaborate and strategize with external and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. The ability to prioritize and focus on retail operations and standards will ensure excellence in customer satisfaction. Leadership initiatives will align with the mission and core values to achieve business objectives and ROI.

About the Role The District Manager will oversee a district of stores in Boston communities (Dorchester and Roxbury) and is a key and critical leadership role. Committment to managing systems, promote team performance, building the brand, growing sales and fostering a customer service culture is the is key to success. Following the established operations business plan while cultivating team performance, creativity and strategic thinking will ensure attainment of short term and long term goals.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Manage evaluate and promote excellence guest service relations.

Lead, develop and inspire individual and team peformance.

Accountability of financial planning and budgeting.

Monitor and maintain quality assessments to ensure operational standards.

Engage in workforce planning and securing a productive and uplifting work environment.

Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

Promote marketing strategies and product placement for increased sales and traffic.

Support and enforce policies, procedues and business goals.

Work in collaboration with executive staff, HR, Finance and Administration for compliance.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Leader with 5+ years of managing multi unit QSR restaurant.

Strong organizational and managerial skills.
