Vice President, Innovation

Ipsos is seeking a dynamic leader to drive innovation and growth within our Innovation Service Line. The role combines client relationship management, team leadership, and advanced market research expertise.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Ipsos Innovation & Market Strategy products (concept testing, forecasting, A & U, segmentation, shopper insights, brand positioning, etc.) and competitive marketplace offerings to identify and propose new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
Manage positive relationships with key client decision‑makers, building credibility and expanding Ipsos business.
Understand client products, services, and strategy to align research solutions and influence future product development.
Direct client service teams to ensure flawless execution of research projects from design to delivery.
Collaborate with cross‑functional managers and client partners to improve processes and address client needs proactively.
Develop, manage, and mentor staff across disciplines, fostering strategic insight and presentation skills.
Work with Account Managers to review proposals, questionnaires, and presentations, ensuring clear, actionable insights.
Present compelling insights to clients, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
Contribute to and actively manage assigned revenue and profit margin.
Prioritize inbound requests, delegate effectively to project teams, and identify efficient procedures that enhance profit margins.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of CPG trends and research methodologies suited to these sectors.
Ability to design research that addresses broader business issues rather than fitting clients into rigid methodologies.
Rapid learner capable of pitching and executing Ipsos capabilities (concept testing, forecasting, segmentation, A & U, shopper insights, brand positioning).
Proven track record of improving procedures and driving profit margin growth.
Strategic thinker who delivers actionable findings that address client issues and incorporate marketplace trends.
Experience developing account plans and leading teams to meet objectives and adapt plans as needed.
Experience contributing to questionnaire design, data analysis, and overall reporting.
Preferred: Experience in Procurement and Strategic Solutions roles.
