Job Summary
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is expanding its collaborative care team. We are hiring a 1.0 FTE Dermatologist physician in Downtown Seattle and Lynnwood, WA. Join the Virginia Mason Medical Center (VMMC) Section of Dermatology, which is nationally recognized for excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities
Serve a busy dermatology practice with an established patient population and multidisciplinary support including Mohs surgery, plastic surgery, rheumatology, and dermatopathology.
Split practice location 50/50 between downtown Seattle and Lynnwood locations.
Provide compassionate, multidisciplinary, state‑of‑the‑art patient care focused on outcomes.
Collaborate with the team to develop schedules that accommodate individual needs.
Precept residents and participate in teaching.
Participate in departmental committees and leadership opportunities.
Engage in innovation and continual improvement using the Virginia Mason Production System.
Qualifications
Board‑certified in Dermatology.
Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA.
DEA registration with full prescriptive authority required.
Compensation Competitive compensation model that incentivizes clinical productivity, academics, teamwork, and high quality care. Base salary range: $449,280 to $549,120 per year with light outpatient call duties.
