As the Urologist you'll work as part of a team-based model where specialty care and primary care providers join with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to provide high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing population.
Primary Responsibilities:
Practice value-based care supported by a robust team of clinical and administrative professionals
Deliver comprehensive urologic care across the continuum for both male and female urinary tract conditions and male reproductive health, including general surgery
Diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions such as bladder control problems, urinary tract infections, kidney stones, and prostate disorders including benign prostatic enlargement
Manage complex cases involving prostate cancer, male infertility, erectile dysfunction, and perform vasectomies and reversals
Provide expert care for urologic cancers affecting the kidneys, bladder, prostate, and testicles
Collaborate within a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based environment that includes primary care providers, specialists, and hospital partners
Participate in shared decision-making and patient education to promote long-term urologic health and wellness

Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine
Board Certified or Board Certified Eligible in Urology
Unrestricted licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current active Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations
Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $384,000 - $672,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
