Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Our client, a global multi-family office RIA, is currently looking for an individual to join up with their Financial Advisory team, responsible for the portfolio construction and analysis of their ultra‑high net worth client portfolios. The team is looking for an individual highly knowledgeable within the key aspects of financial planning for ultra‑high net worth individuals and families.
As a Financial Advisory Associate, you’ll be a key member of the firm’s Financial Advisory team, focusing on portfolio construction, management, and analysis for the firm’s high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. You’ll help manage portfolios, provide financial analysis, and contribute to investment and wealth‑planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare client balance sheets and conduct asset allocation analyses.
Monitor portfolio performance and manage quarterly reporting with accuracy and consistency.
Support portfolio construction and gain exposure to various asset classes, investment products, and client‑specific strategies.
Perform ad hoc analyses to support equity planning and trust and estate planning needs.
Assist with equity and options trading and other investment execution activities.
Collect, organize, and manage client tax and financial documentation.
Participate in direct private investments and gain exposure to broader family office operations.
Qualifications
3‑7+ years of relevant experience in investment management, financial advisory, or professional services.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
Passion for investment management and client service excellence.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications a plus.
