Overview This is a unique opportunity to lead and co‑found an innovative B2B FinTech venture focused on transforming digital business identities. The role combines strategic vision, operational leadership, and hands‑on execution, guiding the venture from validation to scalable growth. You will work closely with a high‑performing team, leverage market insights, open banking technologies, and a strong investor network to accelerate adoption and build trust in B2B transactions. This is a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where your decisions directly shape the company’s success. You will drive fundraising, team building, product‑market fit, and overall strategy, with significant equity ownership and the chance to create a venture positioned for long‑term impact in the financial technology ecosystem.

Accountabilities

Lead the venture from early validation to a fully operational, scalable business.

Secure pre‑seed and seed funding from external investors and manage investor relationships.

Drive go‑to‑market strategy, focusing on B2B platforms and SME adoption.

Build and lead the core team, including recruiting key roles such as CTO and sales leaders.

Develop the company’s vision, strategy, and operational plans to become the leading trust infrastructure in European B2B commerce.

Oversee product development from MVP to market fit, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and customer needs.

Establish partnerships with banks, regulators, and other strategic stakeholders to accelerate growth.

Requirements

Proven track record as a founder or in a senior leadership role (C‑level/VP) within a FinTech or SaaS startup (early stage).

Strong commercial acumen with experience in fundraising and acquiring first B2B clients.

Extensive network in FinTech, banking, or venture capital.

Passion for Open Finance, Digital Identity, and improving efficiency in B2B operations.

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.

Willingness to travel for investor roadshows, partner meetings, and key events.

Ability to thrive in a remote‑first, entrepreneurial environment.
