Family Medicine Physician – Lacey, WA
Providence Medical Group – Southwest Washington is hiring a full‑time Family Medicine physician to join the Hawks Prairie Family Medicine clinic. The clinic offers a modern facility with the latest technology and embedded services such as Immediate Care, Behavioral Health, a pharmacist and a dietitian.
Responsibilities
Outpatient primary care only
Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with four 10‑hour shifts; up to one day of telehealth possible
Team‑based care with RN co‑visits and integrated clinical services (PharmD, BHI, RD)
Patient‑centered medical home with shared call 1:20 or better
Centralized triage and inbox support
DAX Copilot AI scribe documentation service available for all clinicians at no charge
Benefits & Compensation
Compensation between $282,931 and $331,612 per year (may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, and CME benefits)
