Resident General Manager - Correctional Services
Join the Aramark team as a Resident General Manager for Correctional Services, overseeing multiple contracted services with annual revenues of $2-15M+.
Responsibilities
Lead a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while executing day‑to‑day operations.
Manage client and community relationships, continually assessing operations and developing plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction.
Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives.
Recommend methods, resources, and implementation strategies for service improvement and growth based on operational needs, capabilities, and contractual obligations.
In partnership with Finance, manage a budget and assist in the design of improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes, maintaining all associated records and reports.
Maintain compliance with Aramark's standards of operation, including safety standards and the Business Conduct Policy, at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, Business Management, or related field preferred.
Strong focus on client and customer service, entrepreneurship, and business growth.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
Comfortable with reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements.
Meaningful experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
Proven leadership experience managing other managers.
Experience creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis.
Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.
