Board Certification: NBCRNA State License: South Carolina Certifications: BLS, ACLS CSR, DEA Minimum Experience: 1 year Vaccines: Mandatory (Flu Vaccine, Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) Must be out of training and have been practicing medicine for at least 2 years Call coverage required Clean background/malpractice history
