Position Summary This hybrid role in Chicago is ideal for a tech‑focused legal recruiting professional with 4+ years of experience in data analytics or systems support within a legal or professional services recruiting department. The Analyst will manage and optimize legal recruiting technology platforms, transform data into actionable intelligence, and provide dashboards and reports that support strategic hiring decisions.

Position Responsibilities

Manage and maintain VI Recruit (ATS), Leopard List, Firm Prospect, Monday.com, LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.

Act as liaison between the legal recruiting team and the technology group to configure systems based on evolving recruiting needs.

Train users on recruiting systems and develop or maintain user guides and standard operating procedures.

Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key recruiting KPIs.

Analyze hiring data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Partner with the Director of Legal Recruiting and team members to evaluate recruitment initiatives using data‑driven insights.

Ensure data accuracy across all recruiting platforms and reports.

Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows through automation or system integration.

Support change management initiatives related to new recruiting tools or processes.

Benchmark internal recruiting metrics against industry standards and peer firms.

Set and monitor success metrics, such as time‑to‑hire, candidate engagement, pipeline strength and new‑hire performance.

Conceptualize and oversee the development of dashboards to track KPIs, analyze data for trends, conduct equity checks and inform pipeline strategy.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics or a related field with 4–6 years of experience in recruiting operations, data analytics or systems support—preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Hands‑on experience with legal recruiting platforms such as VI Recruit, Leopard List, Firm Prospect or Monday.com, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and effective communication abilities are essential.

Compensation Salary range: $79 000 – $99 000 per year. Base pay is based on market location and may vary. Full‑time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
