You Are: Seasoned Data Architect/Release Senior Manager with deep expertise in SAP, leading the design and delivery of scalable data solutions. You will manage the end-to-end development of data pipelines, drive best practices in data modeling, workflows, and data quality, and ensure compliance with governance and security standards.
The Work:
Own overall SAP Analytics data architecture, integration, and modeling strategy.
Translate business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design.
Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and client teams to analyze alternatives and provide recommendations.
Design and implement data flows between S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAC, and other platforms, including POSDM functional area in retail.
Lead the technical design of CDS views, OData services, and hybrid modeling (BW & SAP Analytics Cloud).
Define release management processes for analytics objects, transports, and CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor technical teams and review deliverables for performance, scalability, and security compliance.
Plan budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning.
Manage and develop a team of junior members.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of industry experience.
10+ years in SAP BW/4HANA, Data Warehouse, or SAP Analytics architecture.
Deep expertise in SAC, BW modeling, ABAP for data extraction/enhancements.
Strong understanding of data integration tools (SLT, SDI, BODS) and non‑SAP connectors.
Hands‑on experience with release/change management tools (ChaRM, Solution Manager, CTS+).
Familiarity with cloud data lakes (Azure, AWS, GCP) and security best practices.
Extensive SAP project management experience.
Proven leadership skills managing multiple teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience mentoring and developing team members.
Bonus Points If:
Advanced degree.
15+ years of industry experience.
Motivated and proactive, curious about new technology and risk analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent people‑management and relationship‑development skills.
In‑depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices.

Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
Compensation As required by local law, compensation ranges for this role in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland are $160,700—$306,500 USD.
