Project Director – ATI Restoration, LLC

Current Salary:
$70,000 – $80,000
Responsibilities
Review projects to ensure scope is clearly documented and understood by the customer.
Establish a budget for each project, ensuring completion at budgeted gross margins.
Assume overall responsibility for project financials, including pricing, costs, margins and budget creation.
Establish and enforce payment terms, progress billings and deductible payments in accordance with company standards.
Direct and instruct Project Managers on payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.
Oversee collection of all project outstanding A/R payments, coordinating with Legal and Collections teams as needed.
Provide mentorship to Project Estimators (Senior and Executive PDs only):
Review job financial performance and provide improvement insights.
Conduct joint job walks.
Administer 360‑degree reviews.
Ensure compliance with TPA requirements and maintain strong POM scores.
Conduct annual performance reviews.
Identify and assign training/development opportunities.
Reward, motivate and issue discipline as required.
Establish a completion schedule that is achievable and agreed upon with the customer.
Acquire, direct, and manage subcontractors, preparing and negotiating agreements.
Review and inspect work performed to ensure quality.
Communicate throughout the project with the customer, the Project Manager, A/R, and stakeholders.
Work with the customer to complete change orders.
Prepare and complete punch list items at project closeout.
Secure a certificate of satisfaction upon project completion.
Resolve conflicts, warranty issues, and other complaints.
Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.
Participate in company‑sponsored marketing functions and events.
Uphold all company policies, procedures, and safety policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Project Authorization
Project Directors: projects up to $250,000 in value.
Senior and Executive Project Directors: no limits (responsible for generating their own business).
Education and Experience
High school graduation or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years restoration experience.
3+ years as an Estimator or Project Manager with a disaster restoration company and knowledge of water mitigation, fire restoration and mold remediation.
2+ years as a Project Director with “Excellent” performance ratings in the two most recent reviews (Senior Product Director only).
3+ years as a Senior Project Director with “Excellent” performance ratings in the two most recent reviews (Executive Product Director only).
Certifications
IICRC certification (all levels).
Project Directors – Xactimate Level 1.
Senior Project Directors – Xactimate Level 2.
Executive Project Directors – Xactimate Level 3.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Knowledge of practices and procedures in water, fire, and mold trades.
