Barkley
Associate Director — Strategy Team
As our newest Associate Director on the Strategy team, you connect things: insight to idea, obscure culture to specific opportunity, data points to brand action, and disparate signals into a path forward. You inspire, guide, and lobby for the right idea – for the brand, for the business, for the humans – becoming the hub of all strategic activity within the agency, partnering closely with creative, account, media, social, and innovation teams.
You work high and low, executing high-level brand strategy and day-to-day planning. You write clear, succinct product briefs and transition to overarching brand challenges before your second cup of coffee. You push the thinking, see past the noise, ask better questions, and persuade internal teams and the client to bring brave ideas to life. You operate fast, lean, and collaboratively, ensuring outputs are thoughtful yet relatable.
