Job Description At NIQ, we deliver the most complete and clear understanding of consumer buying behavior that reveals new pathways to growth. We are looking to addanAssociate ClientDirector to our Industry Insightsteam.
As an AssociateClientDirector,you willbe responsible forall vertical insights forone of our top CPG clients. You will alsoleada team of Client Managers, ACMs, and Analysts; guiding and coaching them to support clients to analyze datathrough the use ofNIQ tools and services,based on NIQ standards and service models to ensure clientsreceive insights on industries, markets, and consumers so that they make informed business decisions.Also, you willberesponsible fordriving NIQ's CS Industry Insights mission accountable for the on-target delivery of team KPIs.
Responsibilities
Own CS Industry Insights mission for his/ her team through the delivery ofInsights,Analysis, andThought Leadership
Lead a team of analytics (junior and senior) associates successfully; guiding, coaching, and developing teammembers; providing them withtimelyfeedback and recognition on performance, to ensure the teamdemonstrateshighstandards of performanceandprofessional competencies
Ensure the team delivers as per the relevant KPIs/ success metrics
Partner closely with Account Leadandother key NIQ partnersto transform the customer experience for all the clients of his/her team
Drive Service Model and JBPs execution
Ensure all team members completedevelopmenttrainingin time and with success,developingprobing skills toidentifyand uncover the most important businessquestions for their clients & hold the team accountable for the delivery of insights as perNIQ standards
Continuously guide and coach the team inutilizingand visualizing the most relevant data for developing strategicallyimpactful presentations full of insights and proactiverecommendations
Manage or guide his/ her team to manage 'clients'expectations'in project scoping, prioritization, time management and adhering to JBPpriorities
Demonstrate and guide team on solid question probing skills toidentifyanduncover the most importantbusinessquestions for client(s)
Lead generation: Display a full understanding of all NIQ portfolio of services and products as well as 'incremental offerings',andidentify, create, and convert opportunities to incremental sales throughstrong client relationships &partnerships withConsultants
Proactively partner with necessary senior stakeholders to prevent potential roadblocks and toremove them whentheyarise
Drive customer satisfaction, ensuring the team delivers thebest in classanalyses and relevant and impactfulinsights
Be a bilingual (CPS+RMS) teamleader,/strategist:
Demonstrate an everyday Consumer- driven marketing culture
Probe and provoke clients to more business questions toanalyzeconsumer behavior
GenerateLeads (upsellcontracts, ad-hoc, CAS)
Qualifications
7-10years of experience in the CPG industryand/or related sales, category management, and marketresearch
Prior experience withNielsenIQ(or similar) solutionspreferred in the analytics space, including POS/Paneldata
Experience in leading or coaching teams
Strong analytical mind,storytelling capabilityexcellent numerical skills, and ability toidentifyrecommendations to drive client strategy
Facility withMicrosoft Excel&PowerPoint
Digital savvy
Fast learner of concepts/tools/analysis
Ability to incorporate deep industry knowledge andthoughtleadership into analysis
Proficiencyin pulling, analyzing, and incorporating all NIQ data sources that are relevant to the client(s) -i.e.RMS,Homescan, Omni, Spectra, etc.
ProficiencyinutilizingDiscover and helping diminish/eliminateclient concerns & roadblocksin order todrive usage
Ability to coach others in dataanalysisandworkingwith the NIQ tools
Additional Information This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range:
$92,000.00 - $115,000.00.
Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
