Zocdoc
Senior Product Manager, Bookings role at Zocdoc
Our Mission Healthcare should work for patients, but it doesn’t. In their time of need, they call down outdated insurance directories, wait on hold, wait weeks for a visit, wait in a waiting room, and face a surprise bill. In any other consumer industry, companies delivering such a poor customer experience wouldn’t survive. In healthcare, patients lack market power, so they must accept the unacceptable. Zocdoc’s mission is to give power to the patient by building a marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in‑person or virtual care across 50 states, 200+ specialties, and 12k+ insurance plans. We aim to drive quality up and prices down by fostering competition for customers.
Your Impact on Our Mission As a Senior Product Manager on the Growth team, you’ll play a key role in accelerating Zocdoc’s mission to give power to the patient. You’ll drive how patients discover Zocdoc through the most effective channels and turn those moments of intent into meaningful healthcare action. This high‑impact role focuses on scaling user acquisition, optimizing conversion, and unlocking new growth levers across the marketplace.
