About the Team The Program Management Office (PMO) delivers value to customers by leading enterprise SSD development at SKHMS A (SK hynix Memory Solution America). We are looking for a program manager to lead enterprise SSD development requiring cross‑functional and multi‑site collaboration.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with development managers, engineers, and multi‑functional stakeholders in Hardware, Firmware, Operations, and customer‑facing teams.
Develop and manage project schedules and work packages, ensuring tasks and dependencies are tracked to keep the program on track.
Participate in key design reviews, handle scope changes efficiently, identify dependencies and risks, and bring issues to leadership promptly.
Provide status updates and communicate issues internally, recommending solutions as a key part of the team.
Work closely with Korea HQ engineering and manufacturing teams.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of program management experience in bring‑up and productization.
Technical knowledge of SSD and/or SoC, hardware, and firmware.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to work on site every day in San Jose.
Must speak fluent Korean and English.
Compensation $90,000 yr – $160,000 yr, plus a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, cafeteria, onsite gym, and more. Salary is tailored based on location, job grade, skills, experience, and internal equity considerations.
