What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with market trends and customer needs

Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and prioritize product features

Develop and maintain a product roadmap outlining timelines and key milestones

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product enhancements

Monitor and analyze product performance, making adjustments for continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications)

Strong technical expertise in translating complex requirements into actionable product features

Deep understanding of APIs and data queries

Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork

Strong analytical skills for market research and performance monitoring

Leadership experience in managing the product lifecycle and driving enhancements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in digital product management, particularly in healthcare or payment solutions

Familiarity with digital channels such as SMS, email, web, and mobile integrations

Knowledge of the Microsoft tech stack and API frameworks

Experience with product roadmapping and agile delivery methodologies

Prior experience delivering AI/ML capabilities to market
