Responsibilities
Build and manage global GTM analytics suite (Intacct) to track marketing, operational, financial performance.
Partner with Data Product Manager to define and evolve KPIs supporting business unit growth.
Develop and maintain interactive reporting suite enabling data‑driven decision making.
Own process documentation, including key calculations and assumptions.
Collaborate with regional teams to deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Conduct root cause analyses to identify issues and support business improvements.
Lead ad‑hoc analytics projects to inform commercial decisions and track progress.
Act as trusted advisor to GTM executives and mentor junior team members.
Foster inclusive, collaborative culture focused on learning and shared success.
Qualifications
10+ years progressive experience in data analysis and reporting.
Deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, SQL.
Prior experience leading analytics teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Ideally supported GTM teams at a software company.
