OpenLoop is looking for a Forward DeploymentEngineer to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. This role sitswithin Hey Revia, the AI workflow automation platform recently acquired byOpenLoop. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating Hey Revia’sadvanced AI platform into real-world healthcare environments, working directlywith partners to deploy voice, messaging, and clinical workflow solutions thatdeliver value from day one. Your work ensures our AI Care Engine can seamlesslyconnect to clinical systems, telephony infrastructure, and patient engagementtools across OpenLoop’s nationwide partner network. What You’ll Do

Lead technical deployments by architecting andexecuting integrations for new healthcare partners, customizing Hey Revia’splatform to their workflows and legacy systems Build the "last mile" of connectivity bydesigning secure, reliable data pipelines that ingest and synchronize clinicaldata with our AI services Configure and optimize communication infrastructure,including voice and messaging channels, across diverse telephony networks tosupport patient and care team engagement Work across the stack (APIs → databases →infrastructure) to deliver production-ready solutions Collaborate withengineering, product, and clinical teams to translate partner needs into crisptechnical execution Other duties as assigned. Who You Are

Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technicalfield 3+years of engineering experience shipping production-grade software in moderncloud environments, with comfort moving across APIs, databases, andinfrastructure layers Deep experience integrating disparate systems,including data ingestion, API interoperability, and third-party systemsintegration Curiosity or hands-on experience with LLMs and operationalizing AI modelsin production workflows Strong understanding of data security and compliancebest practices; experience handling sensitive data in regulatedenvironments Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complextechnical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate ambiguous partnerneeds into clear technical requirements In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for: Medical, Dental, and Visionplans Flexible Spending/Health SavingsAccounts Flexible PTO 401(k) +Company Match Life Insurance, Pet insurance, andmore
