Description We are seeking an
Executive Director
to join our team at
Platinum Communities . The
Executive Director
is responsible for day‑to‑day operations and supervision of the CBRF/RCAC residents and staff. The Executive Director oversees decisions in resident care, marketing, food service, and maintenance.
Responsibilities Day‑to‑day operational and staff supervision; resident care decisions; marketing, food service, and maintenance oversight.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years’ experience in healthcare; experience with DHS 83.02 (16) preferred.
Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
Flexible and available to work beyond regular hours, weekends, and holidays.
Valid assisted‑living administrators license issued by the Department of Regulation and Licensing.
Ability to learn new technology.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent communication skills.
