That’s why we need you, an experienced project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. Responsibilities
Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of a NAVSEA PEO. Review contracts and project cost accounting with key stakeholders. Support tactical planning using resources like MS Planner and the MS Office suite. Engage in regular interactions with vendors, technical and contract SMEs, senior NAVSEA staff, and supporting warfare center personnel. Communicate to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards. Contribute to developing and maintaining program strategy and life-cycle management. Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing and coordinating data-driven presentations informing senior leaders on financial, schedule, and risk status to drive decision-making. 5+ years of experience providing leadership and guidance to teams and supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a bias for action. 5+ years of experience using Microsoft tools such as Project, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Word, Excel, Visio, or PowerPoint. 5+ years of experience driving daily operations and improving organizational performance to achieve mission success through effective use of resources. 3+ years of experience with risk management, including risk development, tracking, and mitigation strategies. 2+ years of experience working at a resource sponsor such as OPNAV N9. Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree. Nice If You Have
Experience managing multiple projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Experience with engineering. Ability to read and comprehend ship construction drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. Ability to self-start to exceed client expectations. Attention to detail, multitasking, and customer service skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, management, and communication skills. Master’s degree. Clearance

Salary range and benefits: Booz Allen offers health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in benefits.
