Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director with a healthcare background to join our multi‑site healthcare organization. This role requires a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a similar leadership position within the healthcare industry. The Marketing Director will shape and drive the marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency, digital and content marketing, public relations, event planning, community outreach, and media planning to support the organization’s business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the organization’s business goals and objectives.
Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Oversee brand management to ensure consistency across all initiatives and communications.
Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Manage marketing communications, including public relations, event planning, and community outreach.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
Oversee media planning and advertising to ensure effective use of budget and resources.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing strategies with company‑wide initiatives.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
Stay current on industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years in a marketing leadership role, with at least three (3) years within the healthcare industry.
Proven experience in multi‑site marketing, brand management, digital marketing, content marketing, marketing communications, strategic marketing, media planning, social media marketing, market research, advertising, team management, public relations, SEO/SEM marketing, event planning, and community outreach.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique marketing challenges.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software.
High level of creativity and innovation.
Proven ability to drive marketing strategy and execution to achieve business goals.
