Registered Nurse – Night Shift Schedule: Nights, 7pm-7am, 12-hour shifts.

Facility: Prime Healthcare Resurrection Medical Center.

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000.

Responsibilities The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care within the Medical/Surgical Unit. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to her/his assigned patients. She/He communicates with physicians about changes in the patient’s clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology, and is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.

Qualifications

Current and valid state RN License.

Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.

Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.

Ventilator Management experience preferred.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Pay Transparency Resurrection Medical Center offers competitive compensation at $35.35 per hour to $53.58 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering skillset, years of experience, education, credentials and licensure.
