Job Details

Permanent role focused on multi‑family, commercial, and healthcare projects.

Opportunity to work on diverse projects, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, multifamily housing, and affordable housing projects.

Strong emphasis on strategic planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure that all project objectives are met.

Develop and implement project schedules and plans, identifying potential risks and devising mitigation strategies.

Manage project budgets, providing regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Continually evaluate project performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare, K‑12, university, institutional, multifamily, and affordable housing projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification highly advantageous.

Proven experience in strategic planning and budgeting within the construction industry.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, regulations, and standards.

Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.

Proficiency in the use of project management software and other relevant technology.

Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and ethical conduct.
