RHR Therapies is a pediatric occupational therapy practice dedicated to treating the whole child through a developmental perspective. We specialize in Sensory Processing, DIR/Floortime, Picky Eating/Feeding Support, and Executive Function skills. We believe in supportive parent coaching to ensure holistic treatment and empowerment for parents to reinforce skills at home. Our mission is to help families and children decrease stress while increasing joy and independence.
Role Description This is a contract role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, located in Chicago, IL, with opportunities to work at a clinic space, in schools, and support families at home, making it a hybrid role. We are looking for Full-Time or Part-Time Occupational Therapists.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations of pediatric clients.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement occupational therapy interventions tailored to children’s needs.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
Provide parent coaching.
Document progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
Experience with Pediatrics and/or Early Intervention.
Skills in working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Illinois.
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher.
Experience or training in DIR/Floortime approach is a plus.
