Compass Connections is seeking a dedicated
Lead Clinician
to support our clinical team and ensure high-quality care for children in our program. This role will supervise clinicians, support assessments and treatment planning, provide crisis intervention when needed, and ensure compliance with federal and state standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Master’s in Social Work or relevant behavioral science degree (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of direct service and supervisory experience (4+ years preferred)
Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Behavior Intervention
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain professional composure
