What You’ll Do
Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active technical candidates.
Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various technical roles, ensuring a steady flow of high‑quality candidates.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.
Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years in technical sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for technical roles.
Understanding of modern technology stacks, software development processes, and technical skill sets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
Proficient in using data‑driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in startups, tech, or related fields such as AAV, UAS, AUV, weapons, or similar programs.
Experience using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Highly self‑sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without constant supervision.
Demonstrates flexibility in tackling challenges, quickly troubleshooting issues, and devising innovative solutions on the fly.
Communicates directly and succinctly, sharing information promptly to foster collaboration; practices active listening and engages thoughtfully.
Takes full accountability for responsibilities and stays aligned with the business mission; actively seeks opportunities to enhance company performance.
Values continuous learning over being right, embraces honest feedback, and views setbacks as opportunities for growth.
US Hourly Range $55–$75 USD
