Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for Business Management regarding customer requests and functional gaps.

Write requirements for both customer-facing and internal features.

Collaborate with other architects to ensure requirements are accurately defined.

Support customers during outages or critical support issues to help identify problems.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science or an applicable related field. 15+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

Demonstrated knowledge of Nokia IMS products.

Previous experience and proven ability to write detailed requirements for R&D teams.

Expertise in C/C++, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Ability to provide support to customers during outages or critical support situations.
