Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Java/J2EE with expert-level proficiency in streams, concurrency & functional programming.
Proficiency in Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security).
Technical proficiency and expertise in front-end frameworks such as React.JS/Angular and Typescript.
Proficiency in DevOps tools, CI/CD pipeline, and strong expertise with Kubernetes.
Technical exposure and proficiency with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Gen AI & Tools Expertise
AI Coding Assistants: Proven experience using GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or Tabnine in a professional workflow.
LLM Proficiency: Familiarity with using LLMs (GPT-4, Claude 3.5, Gemini) for debugging, logic explanation, and data transformation.
Prompt Engineering: Ability to write context-rich prompts to generate complex business logic or UI components.
AI Integration: Experience using LangChain or Spring AI to build LLM-powered features into applications.
Experience 5-8 Years
Compensation Expected compensation ranges from $60,000 to $135,000, dependent on location, wage obligations, skills, and experience.
