Job Description Who You’ll Work With You’ll collaborate with a diverse team including Arista’s professional services consultants, professional services leadership, and external vendors and partners.

What You’ll Do The Professional Services Resource Manager oversees the planning of technical resources to support customer projects. The role ensures engineers with the right skills are assigned effectively to meet the project timelines and utilization goals while maintaining delivery quality. It requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of networking technologies and the professional services delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Resource Manager or Operations Manager, preferably within the Information Technology or Services industry.

Expertise in developing and executing Staffing Strategy, Workforce Management, Utilization Optimization, Forecasting, and Analytics.

Strong history of Problem Solving, Performance Management, and Process Improvement.

Familiarity with IT Service Management and Delivery.

Experience working with teams, mentoring, and business relationship management is a plus.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).

Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) software such as Smartsheet, Resource Management, or Kantata is a plus. The candidate must, at minimum, be highly capable of quickly learning new software applications for daily job functions.

Essential Skills

Strong understanding of resource budgets, forecasting, and utilization metrics.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various internal teams and stakeholders.
