What You'll Do
Lead and support a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
Drive sales results by analyzing the business, identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership, and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor.
Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as top priority.
Assist the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing and diverse team.
Assist in building bench strength for the boutique by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility.
Establish open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with the team.
Support and enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
Maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering visual brand standards.
Problem‑solve; proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems.

Position Requirements
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store.
Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results.
Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
Flexible and adaptable.
Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
