Job Description As a Domino’s Pizza General Manager, your leadership determines the success of the entire store operation. You will receive comprehensive training in leadership, coaching, Domino’s Pizza Guiding Principles, personal responsibility, communication, and time management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performance team.
Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
Ensure store operations run smoothly and meet performance targets.
Maintain store appearance, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Drive sales and customer satisfaction through effective team management.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced food service environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Commitment to Domino’s core values and guiding principles.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary range: $70,000–$75,000 per year; eligibility for company‑sponsored rewards and recognition.
