Overview The Cyber Broker serves as the primary liaison between insurers and clients, managing a book of mid-size Cyber/E&O business, advising clients, performing policy contract reviews, and negotiating competitive terms and conditions. This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Acts as a resource on cyber accounts; participates in client communications, conference calls, and meetings while providing technical expertise.

Places mid-size programs in the financial lines marketplace.

Performs policy contract reviews and negotiates competitive terms and conditions.

Maintains organized records, manages administrative tasks, and ensures timely follow-up on all client and carrier communications.

Contributes to business growth objectives (e.g., participates in RFP responses/presentations, attends proactive sales meetings, places new business opportunities).

Manages a pipeline of prospects, updates financial reports accurately, and meets deadlines for senior management reporting.

Collaborates with other LOBs to cross-sell products and services.

Fosters relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.

Some experience in underwriting or broking strongly preferred.

Insurance broker’s P&C license preferred.

Knowledge of insurance contracts/structure and global marketplace.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.

Enhanced client service skills and strong presentation abilities.

Compensation And Benefits The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is

$95,000-$115,000 USD per year . This role is also eligible for an annual short‑term incentive bonus.
