Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
Collaborate with upper management to achieve store goals and objectives
Monitor and control costs related to labor, food, and supplies
Maintain accurate financial records and complete required paperwork
Participate in local marketing initiatives to drive business growth
Ensure efficient and timely delivery operations
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in the food service industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in math and financial management
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Customer service-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license
