About the Role
The Supply Chain Analyst impacts the organization by analyzing a broad range of supply chain projects and managing various relationships between supply chain stakeholders. This role is a key player in analyzing the supply chain and making recommendations to improve efficiency, impacting the supply chain directly and the environment the entire team works within. The ideal candidate will align with the brand by bringing creative thinking and innovation to help drive profitable business decisions.
Criteria
Gather and interpret relevant data including inventory, costs, productivity, and supply/demand patterns
Coordinate customer-facing order dates, inbound prioritization, order processes, and other supply chain activities
Analyze order fulfilment metrics and propose solutions to root cause issues to ensure positive customer experience
Assist cross-functional partners in ensuring evolving omni order-fulfilment methods are executed properly
Recommend effective processes and procedures to improve workflow, profitability, efficiency, and transparency
Provide analytical support for projects, process and system upgrades, and new business opportunities
Partner with Inventory Management, Sourcing, Distribution Center Operations, and Logistics teams to investigate opportunities and develop solutions to maintain an efficient supply chain
This role requires being onsite in San Francisco office Monday – Thursday.
